Meet Your hatmaker

Built From Where I Come From

Raised in a small West Texas town among cotton farmers and ranchers, cowboy hats weren’t fashion—they were everyday tools, shaped by weather, work, and time.

Named after Clint Eastwood and raised on John Wayne and classic Westerns, I grew up on stories of grit, independence, and living by your own code. Those films were more than entertainment—they were lessons. That same spirit eventually led me to build something with my own hands.

At Frontier Feltworks, every hat is made by hand—no molds, no shortcuts. Each piece is crafted one at a time, shaped with intention, and built to be worn hard and lived in. This is slow, honest work, rooted in tradition and made to last. These aren’t hats that sit on shelves—they’re made to become part of your story.

My work is inspired by the pursuit of true heirlooms—pieces meant to endure and be passed down. Drawing from the timeless grit of classic westerns and the untamed spirit of the Old West, I’m guided by an era when craftsmanship mattered and people stood firmly behind what they created. That same commitment to integrity, durability, and pride is woven into every hat I make.

This is not just a hat. It is heritage, shaped by hand.
