Our Custom Hat Experience

Step 1: Personalized Consultation

We’ll take the time to discuss every detail—fur felt type, color, size of the brim, crown shape—ensuring your hat reflects both tradition and personal character. We’ll also review available upgrades, custom details, and timing. Consultations are available by phone, text, or email.

Step 2: Precision Measurement

Using a flexible measuring tape, measure around your head approximately ½ inch above your ears and eyebrows. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. Measure your head exactly where the hat will sit. Record your measurement. Precision here ensures a comfortable, custom fit.

Step 3: Claim Your Place

A $150 deposit secures your spot in our production queue and allows us to reserve your fur felt. The remaining balance will be due once your hat is complete.

Step 4: Crafted by Hand

I begin crafting your custom hat by hand. Quality takes time, and while production may not start immediately, I’ll keep you informed throughout the process and notify you when your hat is officially on the block!

Step 5: Delivered or Picked Up

After final payment, your custom hat will be carefully packaged and shipped to you. If you’re local to Frisco, you’re welcome to pick it up in person and experience the workshop firsthand.
